From back of house to front of house, to management and marketing, her first hand understanding of the demands of the industry at every level inform her 360 perspective on Hotel and F&B operations. Combined with her decade+ of digital marketing experience and understanding of the global marketplace, Roshi's industry proficiency provides invaluable expertise for her brands.

With a BA in Business Administration from CSU Monterey Bay, TJ Scott is a tested and successful Hospitality professional with experience in Management & Operations, Marketing and Finance, capped off with "from-the-trenches" expertise in luxury hospitality. With experience that includes management at world renowned InterContinental The Clement Monterey (where he led the front office team to three Torchbearer service awards for highest guest satisfaction in the Americas), TJ's core competencies include staff training and HR Best Practices, brand compliance, Guest Services, and Emotional Intelligence training and application. With additional Marketing and Finance experience, TJ brings a wealth of knowledge to Kollaborativ Consulting.
